Careers

Do the work you trained for

You chose your profession because you wanted to make a difference. At MBHW, we believe you should have the support, autonomy, and environment to do your best work.

We are building a practice where therapists, psychologists, medical providers, dietitians, trainers, chiropractors, life and executive coaches, and other wellness professionals can grow, collaborate, and feel valued, while still having the freedom to practice within their own expertise.

Do meaningful work. Grow your expertise. Feel supported doing it.

The conditions that make good care possible

These are not perks. They are the structural things that decide whether you can practice sustainably.

A caseload you can sustain

We cap caseloads deliberately. Burnout is not a badge here, and we would rather grow slowly than churn through clinicians.

Admin time inside your week

Documentation time is scheduled, not something you take home. Billing, verification, and scheduling are handled by our operations team.

Colleagues down the hall

Therapists, a dietitian, a chiropractor, and a psychiatric provider under one roof. Consultation is a conversation, not a referral form.

Funded continuing education

An annual CE stipend plus paid time to use it, with priority for EMDR, DBT, and trauma informed certifications.

Weekly case consultation

Protected team consultation every week. Hard cases get more than one brain, and nobody carries a difficult client alone.

Health, retirement, and real PTO

Medical, dental, and vision coverage, a retirement plan with match, and paid time off that the practice actively encourages you to take.

A calm, light-filled wellness studio with an oak armchair and plants beside a window

Our space

A place built for the people who work here too.

    • Write reports that clarify strengths and next steps, not only diagnoses
    • Consult with therapists and psychiatric providers on shared clients

Practice weight inclusive nutrition care inside a team that already believes in it. No selling meal plans, no weigh-ins as a benchmark, and no defending non-diet practice to your own colleagues.

    • Provide individualized nutrition counseling from a non-diet, weight-inclusive framework
    • Support clients in eating disorder recovery in coordination with their therapist
    • Deliver medical nutrition therapy for digestive, metabolic, and cardiovascular concerns

Build training programs around what people actually want their bodies to do, in a practice where movement is never prescribed as punishment or sold as a weight-loss plan.

    • Coach sessions with ongoing guidance, progression, and accountability
    • Adapt programming for clients with trauma histories or in eating disorder recovery

    • Coordinate care with therapy, nutrition, and wellness colleagues
    • Maintain accurate, timely documentation with admin time inside your week

    • Part time
    • On-site with hybrid telehealth flexibility
Apply for this role: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Deliver psychiatric evaluation and medication management in a practice that treats medication as one part of a plan rather than the whole of it, with the therapist down the hall instead of on a fax cover sheet.

    What you'll do

    • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
    • Educate clients about options, trade-offs, and what to expect
    • Coordinate directly with each client's therapist and wellness providers
