About

A different kind of behavioral health practice

At MBHW, we believe true healing begins when mind and body are cared for together, in one warm, integrated, compassionate space.

Built to bridge the gaps

MBHW was created from a simple belief: people, professionals, and communities thrive when they have access to the right support. Too often, mental health, physical wellness, professional growth, and community well-being exist in separate spaces. We wanted to create something different.

Our practice brings together clinical mental health care, wellness services, professional development, and education and training in one welcoming place. Each service is designed to stand on its own, so you can come to us for exactly what you need, nothing more.

For those who want a more integrated experience, our services can also work together. Mental health care can connect with nutrition, movement, and physical wellness. Professionals can combine coaching with leadership development. Organizations can bring together consultation, training, and employee wellness.

There is no single path at MBHW. You choose what support looks like for you.

Our mission is to help people heal, grow, lead, and live well, while strengthening the professionals, organizations, and communities around them.

Individual when you need it. Connected when you want it. Centered around you.

What guides every decision we make

These aren't aspirational statements on a wall. They're the principles our team returns to every day, in every interaction.

  • Compassion

Every person who walks through our door deserves to feel heard, respected, and met with warmth, regardless of where they are in their journey.

  • Whole person care

We treat the full human being, not just a diagnosis. Mind, body, and life context are always considered together.

  • Trauma informed

Safety, trust, and choice are foundational to our care. We approach every interaction through a trauma informed lens.

  • Evidence based

Our clinicians draw on the best available research while honoring each person's unique lived experience and cultural identity.

  • Restorative

Healing isn't just the absence of symptoms. It's the return to vitality, connection, and the life you want to live.

  • Joy in the work

We genuinely love what we do. That enthusiasm shows up in the quality of our care and the warmth of every encounter.
